Returns

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition
Returned with original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Return Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
